Project Description

In December 2013, Casey Kasem’s daughter, Kerri Kasem (and family) were going through challenging times. The family was being isolated from seeing their father. Lisa had already known Kerri since 2005 and she knew she could not sit back and watch without helping. When Kerri went public with her story, she was flooded with Facebook and email support and questions by other people going through similar stories and elder abuse. Lisa and the Go Glossy team helped brand, market, launch and create the nonprofit Kasem Cares into a national brand in less than 3 years.
